Program
Overview
The Associate of Science in Paralegal Studies
was created for those students that have a great
interest in the law and who may want to pursue careers
in Legal Assisting or Legal Administration.
In this program,
you will learn relevant legal assisting skills which
will enable you to be employable immediately upon
graduation. This program is comprehensive, challenging,
affordable and yet very easy to follow and complete.
Career Outlook
According to the U.S. Department of Labor, paralegals
are projected to rank amongst the fastest growing
occupations in the economy. Employment of paralegals
and legal assistants is projected to grow 22 percent
between 2006 and 2016. This is much faster than
the average for all occupations.

Time To Complete
Generally the entire program may be completed
in as little as 18 months. However
you may be able to complete the program sooner if
you have college credits to transfer. This program
requires 60 credits to complete.

Method
This program is conveniently
offered online.
Class Dates
Admission into this program is on a rolling basis.
This means you may apply for admission and pre-register
for classes at any point in time prior to the start
of classes. New classes begin at the start of each
month.
Also we do prefer students to complete the admission
and registration process at least two weeks prior
to the start of classes. This gives us sufficient
time to ship books and complete other administrative
tasks.
Admissions Criteria
Admission is limited to
students who graduated from High School, or have
earned a GED diploma. We also accept students who
have attended College and have credits to transfer.
